Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. If you order an item that is on pre-sale, your item will ship the day that it is posted to stock.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is shipped out and has been marked as delivered by the shipping company, Francesca's Formulas is no longer responsible for the package. The risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to the customer upon our delivery of the package. If the package is marked as delivered but the customer has not gotten it, the customer needs to contact the shipping carrier to locate the package.

Local Pick Up

STORE PICKUP - 1617 N 11 1/2 St, McAllen, Tx 78501
Orders can be picked up daily, from 12-7 pm weekdays or 12-5 pm on Saturday. We are closed Sundays An email/text notification will be sent when your order is ready for
pickup. We do prefer you fill out both email and cell phone number upon ordering in order to have the best line of communication between you and Francesca's Formulas. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 30 miles of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Usually, orders placed before 7 AM will be delivered the by the next day unless it is out of stock or deliveries are closed for that day. Francesca's Formulas will contact you with further details like delivery time and date. You are also welcome to call, text, or email us.
