• Sleep & Stress

After analyzing the data that has been sent, Francesca will suggest a type of

• Diet plan to begin, such some examples, as Paleo, Mediterranean, Gluten Free, Carnivore, Keto, Cancer, Arthritis 
• Supplementation suggestions might be needed with either Francesca's Formulas, and or other dietary supplements that are not sold by our company.
• Goal Setting, short term and long term goals that are realistic and not dangerous
• Suggestions of stress releasing tactics such as meditation, herbal remedies,  and exercise practices
• Possible reading material for better knowledge and understanding of what has been accessed and ensure success
• Suggestions on medical testing if necessary that is outside of her wellness practice

If client would like a meal plan added to their plan, with specific recipes to their needs, they can do so at appointment or prior at an extra fee, which will be discussed at appointment or prior to appointment.
