Subscription Policy

Thank you for choosing Francesca’s Formulas for your wellness journey. By subscribing  you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription Commitment

• Subscriptions require a minimum of two (2) billing cycles before cancellation is permitted.

• Customers are responsible for completing the minimum commitment period before requesting cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Subscriptions do not automatically cancel after a certain period.

• Customers must manually cancel their subscription through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team at francescasfreshservices@gmail.com

• Cancellations made before the completion of two billing cycles will not be processed.

3. Billing & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (every 3 weeks)

• By subscribing, you authorize Francesca’s Formulas to charge your payment method for each billing cycle until you cancel.

4. Refunds & Modifications

• Refunds are not available for subscription orders once processed.

• Subscription modifications (e.g., changing payment methods, shipping details) must be requested before the next billing date.

5. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Francesca’s Formulas reserves the right to update this policy at any time, and continued subscription use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
