BLOOD PURIFIER- MEDICINAL TEA

3 WEEK PROTOCOL

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: Place 1 PINCH of your herb in  kettle or Pot,  Bring 8 ounces of spring water to a boil for a few minutes or until the water is bubbling.

Step 2: Let the herb sit and cool for 10 minutes in your kettle or pot

Step 3: Once the 10 minutes are done, strain your tea, and discard the herbs outside or in the trash.

Step 4: Wait until the tea gets to room temperature, then you can start drinking ( wait till its lukewarm, do NOT add ice) 

You can only drink this tea for 21 days, and then rest 2 weeks, and then repeat. If you skip a day, do this tea twice a day, until you are on normal schedule.
